Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge does suspend tours during extreme weather conditions. We do not typically close for weather like rain or wind, but it depends on the severity of the weather. The team will monitor weather situations to make the call to suspend tours at the Refuge when the weather is deemed too dangerous for visitors and staff.
